The name of Fulghum Industries is noteworthy in the space of the forest products industry. Founded by Oscar Tommy Fulghum, Sr. in 1956, they have been providing heavy-duty equipment to pulp & paper mills and sawmills to refine their operations.

3/2021: FULGHUM INDUSTRIES RECEIVES SECOND ORDER FROM BIEWER LUMBER

Fulghum Industries is pleased to announce that it received an order from Biewer Lumber for (2) 170’ 25 Ton Log Cranes for their second Greenfield sawmill site located in Winona, Mississippi.

Fulghum Industries, Inc. of Wadley, Ga. recently manufactured and installed their improved 170 Foot Variable Radius 25-Ton Two-Bite Electric Log Crane at the Biewer Lumber Mill in Newton, Mississippi.

10/2018: NEW FROM FULGHUM INDUSTRIES LOG CRANE SINGLE DRUM TROLLEY WINCH AND DRIVE 

 For Fulghum IndustriesLog Cranes equipped with traveling trolleys on the boom tip, an improved trolley winch utilizing a single drum design was successfully engineered and tested in 2018.

 4/2018: FULGHUM SUPPLIES FOUR 170′, 45-TON LOG CRANES

Fulghum Industries, Inc., Fulghum Industries, Inc. has recently completed installation of four (4) 170’, 45-Ton Log Handling cranes. Two of the log cranes are in use in North Carolina and the other two are in use in South Carolina.

 1/2014: Fulghum Industries Introduces Newly Designed Log Crane 

Fulghum Industries, Inc., a Georgia-based manufacturing company has recently debuted a new design of its 87’ log handling crane. This redesign came in response to the needs of the ever-growing sawmill industry. This particular crane is being utilized at a sawmill in South Carolina.
